GatorMoto will service any brand of motor scooter in Gainesville, Florida. Our labor rate for motor scooter repair is the lowest in Gainesville, at only $60 per hour. Unlike other stores in town, we don't make it a habit of raising our labor rates every year! We provide the fastest turn around times on repairs, at the lowest price in town! We will give you a free thirty minute diagnostic estimate before starting any work on your street legal scooter, so you will not be caught off guard with any hidden costs in getting your scooter back in good working order. We now employ five fully qualified mechanics that can get your scooter repaired quickly and professionally. No other Gainesville scooter service center can make the claim that they have five mechanics whose main job is to repair motor scooters. We have become well known by the Gainesville community as having the quickest turn around time for getting your scooter returned to you.

Scooter Towing Service

We also offer a pick up and drop off service several times a week, just in case you are not able to bring your scooter up to us. We charge $40 for one way, and $60 for round trip. If you need your scooter picked up quicker, we even offer an accelerated pick up service for an additional fee. If we are to pick up your scooter, you MUST complete this repair form and place it with the scooter. We are no longer able to pick up any scooters without having this form completed. Additionally, you may also complete it and either email or fax it to us before the pickup is to occur. A trip charge will be enforced if this form is not completed prior to the pickup - Thank you!

Scooter Maintenance

We recommend that you have a qualified scooter mechanic to inspect your motor scooter every six months or 1500 miles - whichever comes first. Due to the high vibration rates on motor scooters, bolts and screws can become loose without your knowledge. If your scooter is not inspected regularly, a very dangerous situation may present itself. GatorMoto offers an inspection program for motor scooters that includes:

• Complete oil change
• Inspection of all screws and bolts
• Tire pressure checked and adjusted if needed
• Thirty point inspection

The cost of this inspection program is $30 if your scooter was purchased from GatorMoto and $40 if it was not. We can typically can have your scooter ready for pick up within 24-48 hours from the time of drop off. If you have any other questions please do not hesitate to contact us!

On Site Scooter Repair

If you believe you have a minor problem with your scooter, GatorMoto offers an on-site repair. Here's how it works... we will come to you to try and fix your scooter on location. If we are able to get it fixed, the charge will be $25. This is just the fee for us coming to your location. Parts and labor (if needed) will cost extra. If we must bring the scooter back to our service center to complete the repair, we will just charge you an extra $15 for the pickup to equal the standard pickup fee of $40. Motor Scooter Storage Fee

We will call to inform you once your scooter is ready to be picked up. Unless prior arrangements have been agreed to, if your scooter is not picked up within seven days of the servicing being completed, a storage fee will be added to your bill. Our current rates are $10 per day or $50 per month (whichever is lower).

Small Engine Repair

GatorMoto is proud to announce the hiring of our fifth mechanic. We are well known by the Gainesville community as having one of the fastest turn around times in regards to completing repairs. Having another mechanic working in our service center will allow us to return your product to you even faster than in the past.

With this recent addition to our staff, we are now proud to announce that along with power sports repairs, we will also now be accepting any small engine repairs needed. Do you have an old engine you need rebuilt? Do you have a lawn mower, weed wacker, dirt bike, atv, or golf cart that needs to be repaired? Well, if you do, GatorMoto would be more than happy to take a look at the engine for you. As always, we offer free estimates, so you will not be charged for any work until we are able to better diagnose the problem. GatorMoto will perform small engine repair in Gainesville on any lawn mower, weed wacker, go kart, gas scooter, dirt bike, atv, golf cart, or any other application that uses a small gasoline powered engine.
